The theme of the Summit is “The Imperatives of Promoting Nigeria/Morocco Businesswomen Relations and Economic Empowerment”

President Muhammadu Buhari and King Mohammed VI of Morocco
King Mohammed VI of Morocco visited President Muhammadu Buhari in December 2016 at the Presidential Villa to facilitate discussions aimed at strengthening bilateral and economic ties between the two countries. President Buhari and the visiting King signed about 15 bilateral agreements, specifically touching on trade and the oil sector.
Mrs Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, The Wife Of The President, Federal Republic Of Nigeria will be in attendance and will receive a special award from the Moroccan partners
