GUIDE TO CHOICE OF PACKAGE

  1. The participation package is only to register for the Summit but is restrictive. Those that choose this package should make their own travel plans. After registration, participants under this package shall be assisted with Reference Letters for visa applications.

 

  1. The Exhibition package is also restrictive. It only allows the participant to participate in the Exhibition by exhibiting his or her products. The Exhibitor will have to make his or her travel plans and after registration as an Exhibitor, shall be assisted with reference letters for visa applications.

 

  1. The participation and exhibition packages allow the participant to exhibit his or her products at the same time participate in other activities as indicated in the benefits of this package.

 

  1. The comprehensive package provides for Transit Accommodation in Lagos on the day of Departure and on the day of return because the flight departure time to Morocco is at 6:00am (check-in starts at 3:00am) while the return flight from Morocco is at 3:30am and the first flight out of Lagos locally is at 7:00am.

 

  1. Participants are to note that business class seats are limited, in case a participant prefers the Executive package. If a participant chooses any other package and wants to fly business class, he or she has to pay the difference for upgrade as at the date or the time of registration.

 

  1. The protocol package is ONLY for VIP support staff i.e. personal Assistants, Security Details, etc and is tied to the Executive package. It is a restricted package to which subscribers will be denied certain privileges that full participants enjoy.

 

  1. Regarding accommodation in some packages, participants will have to share rooms in multiples of 2, 3 and 4. Participants who choose any of these packages with Multiple occupancy in a room may network on their own and inform organizers; otherwise, organizers discretion may apply in the sharing of rooms under these packages without prejudice to the rights and privileges of the participants.
