    1. REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
      1. Early registration on or before Monday 21st August, 2017 attracts 5% discount.

       

      1. Group registration for a minimum of three (3) participants attracts 5% discount per person.

       

      1. Couples and family registrations attracts 5% discount per person.

       

      1. Institutional registration i.e. private companies, NGOs, Government organizations, etc of a minimum of 5 participants attracts 7% discount per person.

       

      1. Late registration on or after Monday, 2nd October, 2017 attracts 10% additional charge per package.

       

      1. Registration closes on Monday, 16th October, 2017.

       

      REGISTRATION PROCESS

      1. Read and carefully study the packages, details and the general terms and conditions for participants.

       

      1. Make appropriate choice based on your budget.

       

      1. Fill the registration form.

       

      1. Make appropriate payment to the designated bank accounts.

       

      1. Sign the declaration form.

       

      1. Return evidence of payments, registration forms and declaration forms to the appropriate event management centre.

       

      1. Collect visa application form, filled according to instructions and return same with your travel documents.
