1. All participants MUST complete all appropriate forms and make necessary payments. Organizers will not be liable for any wrongly filled form(s) that may cause any kind of prejudice.

2. All participants MUST complete, the declaration forms or proxies may fill on mandate, where applicable.

3. All participants MUST submit appropriate travel documents for the processing of visas. However, the organizers will not be liable for any visa denial as it is at the sole and absolute discretion of the consular officer of the Moroccan embassy. Applicants MUST fulfill all requirements as may be requested by the issuing authority.

4. All participants MUST observe and respect all schedules and timings in the event programme.

5. Except where expressly indicated, all entitlements and benefits under every package as enumerated do not cover or include feeding, laundry, telephone calls, internet service, room service or room mini bars and extras. Participants are to settle directly with their hotels.

7. All exhibitors MUST be responsible for the freight of their exhibition goods and materials to and from Morocco.

9. All sponsors MUST provide necessary electronic versions of the corporate ads and materials.

10. All participants MUST conduct themselves in an orderly and reasonable manner.

11. Currency exchange services are available with the organizers. Organizers will not be involved or responsible in the event of any fraud, counterfeiting, etc. Hence, participants are advised to use the in-house accredited forex dealers.

12. Participants are strongly advised to liaise with organizers accredited representatives on any protocol or activities they require, including movements throughout the summit.

13. The organizers will not be responsible for expectations not met in the case of any entitlement or benefit the event of any fraud, counterfeiting, etc. Hence, participants are advised to use the in-house accredited forex dealers.

12. Participants are strongly advised to liaise with organizers accredited representatives on any protocol or activities they require, including movements throughout the summit.

13. The organizers will not be responsible for expectations not met in the case of any entitlement or benefit not listed by the organizers in any package and without prior discussions or arrangement.
